      Getting 3-5 cold calls a day for irrelevant roles

      Pros

      None that I am aware off. Their business model is to spam and carpet bomb people. No quality there.

      Cons

      Silverlink reps have been calling me on a daily basis for roles that are not relevant. I have repeatedly asked them to delete my profile and to stop calling me. This didn’t yield any results. There practices should be reported. They don’t have GDPR require unsubscribe links on their spam emails.

      High scope of growth , good salary, co-operative team manager, main thing you learn lot in international market.

      Cons

      Work pressure is tremendously high but if you can able to handle this pressure, you can work anywhere in the world. HR team is not good and supportive.
