      I joined silvelink Nasik office 4 years ago. I started my job as fresher with 15k salary but within 1 year my salary was increased by 20k due to my performance. I never seen any company who increased employee salary from 15k to 35k in 1year time. I always says to all my Friends and family how lucky I'm that I got chance to work here. And specially thanks to my supportive Manager Ravi sir who always be ready to help whenever needed. He never run after many approval from management if something is needed for his team. We as team del proud. Girls are very safe here. Cheers to Nashik team.✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️

      Lots of work. Clients prefer silverlink because of quick responses. So automatically recruitment team gets work load. But all this pressure is healthy. We work hard so we gets more cloaure and then get heavy incentives (recurring)😊😊😊😊

      I joined Silverlink Technologies Nashik Office 3 years ago. being a Girl and working in Night Shift was not easy decision to take by my family. When I joined here, I got respectful work environment by entire team. Manager treats every employee equally. lots of good requirements to work on, which help recruiter to earn more money for his family. I have seen bad comment on glass door by fake people to ruin the Silverlink's Nashik office image specially for Girl which is Not true. If you wanna see the real picture of Our Nasik Office, Do visit once. I am fully satisfied with work culture and Growth i got because of performance.

      I havent seen any cros as such. Being a professional recruiter, i take work pressure as a challenge and finish on time. employee who left the company posted negative Cros which is not true

      For learning it is good, you can learn a lot of things here. Be sure if you are ready to handle stress and challenges then join them. If you get chance here, join Mugdha team one of the best team manager, she will always support you and guide you if you even get things wrong.
