you can survive 1-3 months easily but after that be prepared for bombarding on simple things everyday

Cons

HR policies wont allow you take leaves for personal reasons everyday bombarding session with the director there mentality is like "9 people can produce a baby in one month" comparing fresher to 6 years experienced guy which is height of torture everyday work for 12 hours, after doing that also you will get scolded with 12 hours working you are only allowed to take 40 min break there is no use in arguing with HR as they themselves don't know what to do worst working environment public toilet's are better than there toilet's
