      Nothing apart from money! Which is not paid!

      Cons

      Hell lot of cons. Worst management ever. Have no idea how to treat their employees torturing employee by making them sit for 12-13 hours and abusing them. Blocking employee salaries doesn't pay the money.

      You will never be under pressure after working here They have a huge accounts team Salary gets credited on a fixed day, No delay what so ever Office boys are quite helpful

      Pathetic salary unreasonable pressure Even after being a recruitment firm and no client facing you will strictly have to wear formals No work space 6 months unpaid leaves till you are in probation period HORRIBLE TIME HOGGING while ON BOARDING PROCESS TRAINING IS HORRIBLE(they leave you in a room for weeks with two barely uselfull files with no one bothering for the entire day) Higher management is very unreasonable and has a childish attitude and might get upset on every other matter Unethical procedure(they hold your original documents and will charge you money to release them)

      family oriented and family dominant company hire to fire expecting sudden role closures after joining nobody will help us to learn arrogant, rude behaviour from authorities bad culture
