You will never be under pressure after working here They have a huge accounts team Salary gets credited on a fixed day, No delay what so ever Office boys are quite helpful
Cons
Pathetic salary unreasonable pressure Even after being a recruitment firm and no client facing you will strictly have to wear formals No work space 6 months unpaid leaves till you are in probation period HORRIBLE TIME HOGGING while ON BOARDING PROCESS TRAINING IS HORRIBLE(they leave you in a room for weeks with two barely uselfull files with no one bothering for the entire day) Higher management is very unreasonable and has a childish attitude and might get upset on every other matter Unethical procedure(they hold your original documents and will charge you money to release them)
