Pros

They asked me attend one interview at their client location. I attended it. Then they called me and told me that I have been selected. But since the joining time is lees, resign from current company. I confirmed with then many times, if I have really been selected or not. They said you have been selected and will get offer letter in 2-3 days. I waited for 2-3 days but no reply from them. So every day I used to call them about status of offer letter(they will never call you). Every time they used to give different reasons why the offer has not been released. They will tell you not to be worried about and will release the offer ASAP. I trusted them for 1 month and then they are just saying some funny reasons why it's not been released. It's really pathetic experience I had with them. Finally I got offer from some other company. So please requesting to not to believe on these cheaters.....

Let me introduce myself as Keith Pacheco working in the capacity of Vice President – Legal and global compliance for Silverlink Technologies. Let me thank you for your comments however kindly allow me to respond to the below claim. In Silverlink we don’t have the process of waiting for any client confirmation to roll out any offer. Based on the project / assignment we have an in –house 2 series of interviews and based on which the offer is proposed which normally takes a period of 1-2 weeks hence we really cannot figure out why would our team wait for any client approval to release the offer. They don't inform you about the job description. They never care about you. The agreement which you have to sign first to work here, contains no good term for you. The agreement is more than 15 pages and none of the terms on this pages are good for you. The company always think about itself. Salary payments are never on time. You can wait more than two months for a salary.

In today’s world no Company can close a position without a job description; in fact it would be a loss to the Company to hire a staff without sharing a proper job description. Moreover no Professional would join an organization without a job description as they would definitely need to know the responsibilities they would need to perform. Even a trainee would check this basic information before accepting the role. It is surprising to hear this from you being a Professional. Silverlink Technologies is a global IT consulting company having business interest across the globe from the USA to UK, Europe, ASEAN, APAC & ANZ regions. Hence our contracts are 15 pages long as we comply International labour laws all across the globe. This contract agreement is applicable equally to both the employee and the Company and can never be one-sided. In fact all labour laws across the globe cater more towards the employee rather than the employer. Hence your above statement is just not justifiable As regards the payments are concerned HSBC is our global bankers and all salaries across the global regions are paid on the 1st of every month by direct debit in one- go as per the instructions from the senior management Hence delay of any particular salary is not possible Please update the date & month for which the salaries were not paid on time. If required we can scan and send you the bank statements for those transactions.

To begin with we never had any position of Sytem Engineer in our UK office in the last 12 years of our operations in UK which illustrates how scruplous elements use such tools to malign any of their competitors. However let me take this oppurtunity to educate to whomsoever that Silverlink Technologies has been in the IT consulting business for last more than13 years having business interest across global regions from US, UK-EU, ME, AFRICA, ASEAN, AUSTRALIA- NEWZEALAND employing more than 200+ employees and 360+ contractors which is self explanatory for any lay person to understand the sheer quality, dedication and passion of our team if an organization has to reach these heights in mere 12 years of business.
