      People work hard to take care of each other. Flexibility with work schedule and leave policies. Several opportunities during the year to serve the local community.

      Cons

      It's easier to feel disconnected when not working from HQ.

      Pros

      SimVentions truly cares about their employees. Many companies "claim" they care but don't. You feel like apart of the family from day one! There is room for advancement! The commute is great! The benefits! The family atmosphere!

      Careful if you are watching your figure...we like to EAT!

      Pros

      Company has great culture, friendly people and working at the main office is a wonderful experience.

      Cons

      Company has been very successful in recent times and as a result is growing very quickly. Turnover has been a bit higher and teams can be a little under-manned. Fast growth also comes with the usual struggles for a growing company, with people being spread, outgrowing the spaces they have and trying to maintain the small company culture as the size increases.
