      The culture, leadership and work environment is outstanding. Great people doing meaningful work. You instantly feel like part of the family and have complete management support and opportunities to excel.

      Cons

      A small, rapidly growing business that experiences the usual growing pains of scaling and maintaining the culture and quality at each growth stage. Leadership works hard at this and makes maintaining culture and caring for employees a priority.

      Pros

      A great company to develop your professional skills and work in a great environment. The culture of the company is like family and everyone has an open door policy so you always feel welcome to come by with any questions or to get any help.

      Cons

      It is a defense contractor company, so you may get to experience multiple projects depending on the funding. The management team does a good job of making sure there is always a spot for you.
