Simon is a product leader the in growing CDP space. Everyone focuses on executing with precision. If you're hoping to grow your skills and continually be challenged, Simon is a great place! There are a ton of opportunities for growth especially since the company recently announced their Series C and are hyper-focused on building out roles. Performers are quickly promoted and rewarded. I really love the people I work with on a day to day basis. Everyone's incredibly smart and it's very much a team-based culture. Collaborating within and across teams is encouraged. If you're curious, you also have an opportunity to understand how other parts of the business work and function.
