Nice pay and benefits, good overall work life balance.

Cons

The product and leadership team are all over the place. This means that whenever a new contract negotiation or renewal approaches, the teams are rushed into delivering whatever is needed for that given contract to be signed. This creates and delivers a product that offers a bunch on inconsistent , disconnected and convoluted set of features. During my tenure at least 20 people where fired and 5 left (that I was aware of )

- Great onboarding process - No red tape, anyone can contribute in no time - Interesting problems to solve using modern data engineering technologies - Recurrent company offsites to meet co-workers that are distributed - Nice people to work with

Cons

- Working on a generic solution might put you too far away from understanding different customer problems
