Lunch is paid for Educational seminars No budgetary constraints Nice office

Cons

Projects are mismanaged at the top and the lack of strategy/money wasted is demoralizing to work around. Hiring more bodies is not a way to encourage success. Time to change it up in terms of top level management. Salaries are below average. Most would rather pay for their lunch than not be paid their worth. There is a lot of favoritism. Most are in at 10am and out by 5pm. This is not a place that will push your work ethic.

This is a wonderful place to work — great benefits, smart people, and endless opportunities to learn.

Cons

Now requiring 4 days in office per week, even when that makes my job more difficult. Needs of working parents not well-considered.
