      Pros

      - STS wants to invest in employees. You'll be encouraged (but not required) to do career development work, to the extent that you're given a stipend to pay for classes/certifications - Management and employees are friendly, and they are actively trying to create a genuine company culture, but there is no "forced fun-time". If you're like me and hate the idea of a mandatory after-hours zoom happy hour, you're in luck. The culture is there, but it's not overbearing - Solid benefits despite being a small company

      Apprenticeship program trains employees that may have less experience required, and supplies them with a road map to learn what they need to learn to land a real contract or full time role. Strong leadership Diverse Company Flexible remote work Believes in promoting from within Cutting edge work assignments Strong team dynamics Quickly Growing Good benefits

      Pros

      The apprenticeship created flexible trainings that ensures I develop the right skillset. I get the opportunity to learn from the best in the IT industry, understanding from an hands on approach. I have benefited from qualified mentors. The company made sure to include me in different team-building activities and gatherings.
