There is plenty of opportunity for Growth, it has doubled in size since 2020, The benefits are Amazing, The work schedule is flexible work. It's currently 100% and pre Covid the company was 80% percent remote work. STS has a diverse staff, diverse and representing people from all genders and ethnicities, religions and sexualities. They invest in there employees career development. The Engineers are very empathetic and helpful. Employee engagement is top-notch. the Apprenticeship program offers paid training and certifivcations
Cons
It's not a "chain of command" business, there is a lot of autonomy, so you will have to be able to work as a part of a self organized team. You must have good internet to be successful, if you have awful internet coverage in your area you will not be able to participate in the virtual meetings which may leed to poor work performance.
