STS provides an opportunity for highly technical positions. Excellent pay and benefits along with work life balance. I have worked with STS for a number of years and I have no negative feedback to give. Simply the best company to work for.

Simple Technology Solutions has a great culture of learning and helping employees grow. There is genuine dedication to employee well-being and career progression. The leadership team invests heavily in their people, providing many avenues for skill enhancement, career advancement, and personal growth. The collaborative and inclusive atmosphere encourages open communication and idea-sharing, creating a space where everyone feels heard and valued. This positive culture contributes to a workplace that is not only productive but very enjoyable. The company continues to grow and offers great benefits which have evolved over the years, often with feedback from employees. It is a company I can happily recommend to people and am proud to be part of.

Cons

The majority of the work is with government contracts so if you don't enjoy working with government this could be challenging.
