Pros

No shortage of revenue and growth, theoretically lots of money to go around.

Cons

You need to play the game. Many many instances of hypocrisy (company value deck vs actual actions). Often there are "brilliant jerks" who steamroll over others' opinions and they are rewarded the most, creating a toxic hierarchy. If you don't fight for what you want you will not be rewarded. Greed.

Pros

Great benefits. I loved the Flex time off that they added.

Cons

The managers singled out majority of the African American employees. To add on, there were very few African American employees at that organization.
