Interview Process is Misleading

Pros

You get to work with lovely people and help those helping others. Working with therapists is very rewarding on a daily basis.

Cons

The pay is low compared to other companies in LA and the interview process is very misleading. They advertise a certain job title and once you are hired let you know you will be given a different job title. The whole process was very confusing. They do not provide reviews or annual raises.

Pros

Good snacks, it feels like the CEO truly cares, and I can bring my pooch to work. Good group of coworkers.

Cons

A lot of the things that I hear from leadership sound a bit phony & insincere. Turnover is rampant too. It’s just hard to be invested when you never know if you could be the next one canned. They seem to fire people on a whim. It’s also a pretty stressful work environment, and everyone seems really afraid to mess up.
