Pros

- Great individual contributors. Really great at what they do. - As it goes for vertical SaaS's, this is top of the line. Name carries weight.

Cons

- INCREDIBLY stressful workloads. Working 45+ hours a week was the only way to finish your workload each week. - Designers go through insane criticisms each sprint, around 4 - 5 rounds of presentation + feedback, from managers, stakeholders and leadership. - Little to no support from management, only there to criticize when you fail.

Pros

Amazing people to work with

Cons

LT is incredibly flaky and only focused on personal impact. The multitude of layoffs and re-orgs make it feel chaotic.

Pros

Nice to work on a product that has a positive impact, salaries are median or slightly above.

Cons

Leadership is rigid and somewhat oblivious. Coworkers are cold and unwelcoming, high school lunchroom political circles and cliques. Hunger Games level of toxicity wherein recently laid off employees are held up as "guess he couldn't cut it" self-serving examples of how standards are so high and how lucky you are to still be there, meanwhile the staff is constantly terrified. Many rigid personalities that are hard to work with.

We appreciate you for taking the time to provide candid feedback. It helps us understand the challenges that may not always be visible to leadership. What you described in your review does not align with our core values. We must continue to proactively, and with intention, do the ongoing work to foster an environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering for everyone.
