The onboarding team kept in touch with me during the whole process and checked in with me before and after every interview to make sure I was ready and knew what was coming next. I felt taken care of.

• Got my Master’s in Multitasking without the debt • Coworkers were chef’s kiss, like a therapy Avengers team • Remote life meant pajama bottoms 24/7 • Leadership meant well…like a golden retriever with a whiteboard • Slack was half communication, half group therapy, and I loved it

Cons

• Change came fast and furious (Vin Diesel not included) • Sometimes felt like a Netflix docuseries “When Processes Go Rogue” • Room for growth, but you’ll need Google Maps and emotional intelligence • Burnout sometimes whispered sweet nothings in my ear • PTO approved… as long as you schedule it when Mercury’s not in retrograde
