Unique culture, the people there were good, lots of snacks, there is opportunity for growth

Cons

People getting let go right away, no opportunities to correct things. Also talking about politics in the workplace--it's very uncomfortable and it could lead to unnecessary conflicts. I did see political books that were leaning to a certain spectrum and I didn't think they should be there at all. People oversharing a lot of personal information that should be kept out of the workplace.

Pros

SimplePractice values autonomy and freedom. Great engineering culture where "we don't ship sh**" (plaque on wall as you walk in) and heavy emphasis on excellent work. Lots of growth opportunities for all levels of the engineering org. Interesting engineering problems dealing with scale at the moment.

Cons

There is a lot of interesting work to be done as the company continues to scale.
