Pros

Overall, I had a great experience with SimplePractice and would recommend it to anyone. The people are smart, kind, and fun, and the company is doing inspiring work. The office is gorgeous too.

Cons

The company, leadership, and culture changed a ton in the past 2 years since going public, which enhanced opportunities for some people (mostly senior-level people) and inhibited growth for others (mostly entry level to mid people) since there isn’t yet much structure built in for growth and development.

Pros

Great benefits. I loved the Flex time off that they added.

Cons

The managers singled out majority of the African American employees. To add on, there were very few African American employees at that organization.
