Company really focuses on employee mental health and understand time off helps us to decompress, There are 24 full Holidays as well as 16 Wellness 1/2 days through out the summer!

Cons

Just like all companies there is lots of change happening with technology and product enhancements and offers.

love working here because SimplePractice provides an incredible training program from day one, and I’m constantly learning and growing. I also really value my peers—the company does an excellent job of hiring people who are a great culture fit.

Flexible FTO, regular company-wide meetings with transparency around goals and metrics, ERGs you can join and lead, annual performance reviews and bonus opportunities, local city meet-ups. Leadership want you to come to work 100%, so if you need a mental health day or time away to focus on your health, family, etc... this is supported, understood and you can step away without feeling like you're missing work and/or being looked at differently. - Health, vision, dental, pet insurance and financial advisory assistance - remote work and autonomy over your schedule, projects and workload

Cons

- wish there were more opportunities for spot bonuses and local meet-ups more regularly - colleagues are across the US, MX, the DR and some other european countries, so finding time to meet for internal meetings can be difficult -
