Incredible pace of growth and execution excellence. Great place to learn a lot in a very short amount of time. Working with highly motivated and skilled people is a joy. The leadership team truly values the feedback they receive from their employees and make changes when necessary.

Cons

Work life balance can sometimes be an issue because of the fast paced growth and the expectations. You need to adapt otherwise you will not be successful.

Very challenging workplace that is growing very rapidly. the potential is enormous and the employee's feel that they got on the right train at the right time.

Cons

everybody works very hard and people wanting to join should be aware of the startup atmosphere that requires work beyond the "Normal" work hours.
