1. Well established internal processes make it easy to grow as quickly as we have. 2. Debate is encouraged amongst all employees to ensure that the right decision is being made for the company and not to push a single person's agenda. 3. A culture of humility is encouraged and driven by example from the CEO down.

Pros

Great people - a lot of a talented engineers within an engineering environment that encourages innovation. A culture that values learning and adapting - in particular a very strong culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and reviews. Interesting technology and product that is already off the drawing board and making a difference in the market place. Startup vibe and growth with organizational benefits of an established company. The problems I am working on are worth solving

Pros

Not only does SImplivity pay well, but they bring in a free catered lunch every day at the main office. The benefits are some of the best I've had in the industry and they believe in a fairly flat corporate hierarchy where anyone can speak to anyone and everyone is accountable.

Cons

While they believe in positive work/life balance, the company does still function in start up mode a little and the hours can be long at release time.
