They are progressive and will to make changes. They have recently changed leadership and things are looking like they will only get better.

Cons

Old management style was a little stale and unwilling to do what was needed.

free drinks, PTO. can work any shift where you are needed

Cons

you cant get out of tech support for a year and if there are no job openings you are stuck on support.
