Pros

It's all about working together to achieve our goals here. Each employee plays an integral role in the overall success of the company. We have very satisfied customers, whom we strive to give the best possible service to. We are constantly looking for ways to improve the services we offer and make it better and easier. The pay is on par and the benefits are fantastic. Everyone works hard and with each other. It's a great atmosphere!

Cons

If you are the kind of person who likes to quickly get ahead in a company and is constantly competing for positions, then this isn't the place for you. Simplifile is a growing company, but the types of jobs people do here are on an even plane. Promotions aren't common at the company, but yearly raises are given.

Pros

Creative work environment and lots of opportunity to provide input into the design and development of the services offered at Simplifile. I find the company to be completely focused on the quality of the customers' experience as well as how employees feel about the work they do. The company is very employee-centric, providing extraordinary benefits. I find working here to be rewarding yet challenging. The business is growing and the employees benefit from the company's success. Also the company doesn't focus on job titles, more on what needs to be done. The structure is very lean so there aren't a lot of levels of management to contend with.

Cons

The company is growing and if you want to just have a job where you do the same thing every day without any surprises or challenges, this isn't the job for you. Simplifile supports enthusiastic, intelligent employees who aren't afraid to give their opinion, take feedback, and offer solutions rather than just complaints. It isn't a status quo type of company but it is a great place to work and develop your skills.

Pros

Not your typical utah company. They got coke and pepsi. And they have coffee too just dont tell.

Cons

1. upper management will kill you with reports 2. Most actually all of the founders are gone excet for the president. 3. There can only be one king here and he knows who he is everyne else is disposable.
