Pros

Culture is great! Small company growing rapidly and well managed. Very flat organization structure. Salaries are competitive and benefits are excellent.

Cons

Because of the flat structure, there is not a lot of room for promotions. However, raises and bonuses are regular and generous.

Pros

There are a lot of things to like about Simplifile. The best part are the challenging technical problems we solve. The pay & benefits are fine. Work-life balance is good.

Cons

Simplifile is very conservative and some perks could be improved such as the office environment and bonus amounts.

A family away from family

Pros

As far as I can tell, pretty much everybody has mutual respect for everyone else. You get the sense that people really care about each other. It truly feels like the employees are all one big family. Leadership cares first and foremost about creating a good company to work for. Benefits are above par. Compensation is at or above par.

Cons

In the past, there has been somewhat of a lack of direction in the development group. This has recently started to change.
