It's great except...

Pros

The President really works to keep everyone in the loop. The pay is competitive and benefits are good.

Cons

Lower management doesn't seem to have the same vision as the President. My manager belittled me and told me that I would not amount to anything in the company. I felt trapped, and I felt like voicing my concerns to anyone would result in me loosing my job...which ultimately ended up happening because that manager was just looking for his opportunity to get rid of me, and took it the moment he saw it.

Better Than The Rest

Pros

Simplifile is a great company to work for. The employees are awesome and are quick to include you, even if you aren't in their department. It's a fun company to work for that can keep things interactive with Summer Parties, Christmas Parties, and Achievement Parties even though we are growing bigger - this really keeps the company working hard and working together. If you are having issues with anything, and approach them correctly, I've always had them taken care of. Working at Simplifile is a good job that I actually like to come to!

Cons

Growing bigger it's getting hard to know everyone personally, but most of us are working hard to keep the same atmosphere around here!

Worst job since Wal-Mart

Pros

The financial benefits of working here are worth it if you can handle the culture.

Cons

If you fit in with the culture, it's a great place otherwise you will be sorely disappointed. I did not like all the same sports as my superiors and as a result I was left out of the social interactions. At the time I didn't think much of it, turns out that social interaction is enough to end your employment here. If you get a job here, plan on brown nosing a great deal. This will get you ahead faster than work ethic or quality.
