Simplifile is a great place to work. The people and products come together in a unique way to really make a difference in the industry. Great work/life balance. Good things all around.

Cons

Pros

Excellent culture where work/life balance is a priority, employees are fairly compensated, and organization is relatively flat so you don't have a ton of politicking going on.

Cons

Because it's a smaller company, you won't have a lot of upward mobility title-wise. However, you're still compensated fairly, so if you don't care about title, this is the place to be!

Pros

There is a real effort to have a great company culture. Beyond the drinks, bbqs and frisbee golf, people genuinely care about other people.

Cons

Much of the leadership team was brought in from "industry leaders" and work remote. As such they don't know the company or the culture and that creates some problems. Also some people take advantage of the trusting culture and don't do much.
