Simplus is one of the best companies I have ever worked for when it comes to culture. The leadership team genuinely cares about the working environment and strives to cultivate an employee first mindset. Stewardship, Critical Thinking and Underdog determination are three key pillars everyone at Simplus lives by. This goes beyond the typical corporate slogans you see tossed around at other companies. Each and every person at Simplus actually follows these tenets, and I can affirm it absolutely shows. The culture here is outstanding.

Simplus was roughly half the size last year as it was today. And they have a great team at the top with good ideas, who are not above asking for ideas from the regular employees as well. I love my coworkers and feel we have some of the best, more talented Salesforce folks around.
