      Pros

      Flexibility in schedule, does not micromanage, work from home option, projects are challenging but very rewarding, employees have work-life balance, management is very open for new ideas for improvement on existing process (they value employee feedback and actually acts on it)

      Can't think of anything but i guess there's a limited employee engagement activities in place

      Pros

      Everyone is willing to help. The certification fees are sponsored by the Company. The Company is encouraging everyone to upskill by conducting training. The benefits are amazing!

      Cons

      Since the Company is growing so fast, some of our great resources are being over-utilized. As a team leader, we've been handling all of the concerns of the resources and sometimes whenever I tried to reach out to the Management, they always emphasized the Company Goal rather than acknowledging the resources concerns.
