Pros

Excellent stability, long term, the management is wonderful in accounting as long as you know how to appreciate different personalities and enjoy being challenged. If you work hard, show dedication, you will be rewarded well, there is a future there, and you will be happy but you have to like billing. :-) The ladies in management are very different, one from another, but wonderful people!

Cons

There might not be a lot of opportunity for moving up, in the sense of title, but the reality is that your salary will go up and your salary is more important at the end of the day than a title.

Pros

Very nice work environment, stress pretty low. Pay was pretty good. No minimum hours, never had to make work. Superb cafeteria: best chopped salads for $5, excellent cookies.

Cons

Erratic hours, as would be the case in any paralegal position. Reviews were only downward, and often didn't give any constructive criticism. Work is often pointless.
