      Company contributes to 401K at the beginning of each year; Bonuses are given in December every year; 4 weeks vacation upon hiring

      Cons

      Not much upward mobility or hiring from within; commute is time consuming and often troublesome, if coming from out of state.

      Pros

      The people are very pleasant to work with. There is an overall culture that encourages respect for all employees, no matter the position. I never encountered screaming attorneys or any other abusive-type actions.

      Cons

      There seems to be an assumption that the assistants don't have the ability to do more than just basic office work. The assistants should be given simple letters to compose. Or allowed to take on the responsibilities of tasks more complicated than faxing and scanning.
