Like in other law firms, the apprentice model means that you have a built-in learning cycle. In my experience, more senior people were eager to teach me and to see me succeed.

Cons

Also like other top law firms, the hours are long -- but that is what you have to expect at a top firm.

Management gives employees good personal latitude; they are understanding that employees have personal problems and sometimes may need time during the workday to resolve them.

The work/life balance is very much slanted towards a lot of work and away from having a life.
