      Pros

      Excellent work environment, nice benefit package and extremely profitable learning experience.

      Cons

      Very intensive work flow and sometimes understaffed teams working on particular types of deals, mostly in te capital markets practice.

      Pros

      -great attorneys who are willing to teach if you ask questions -opportunity to work on some of the most mainstream tech deals -senior attorneys acknowledge strong work ethic if present

      Cons

      -terrible work-life balance -senior management doesn't prioritize hiring larger, stronger support staff -lot of time is wasted doing mundane tasks, very easy to stop learning after first few months on the job

      Seems like compensation and benefits are industry standard. Good employer name if you want to move on in legal field.

      Cons

      No aim to train, educate, or promote paralegals. You are hired to do your job - and your job will remain the same as long as you stay with this firm. Due to the high turnover rate, anyone remaining must pick up slack and also work on anything that surfaces from years past. Isolated and mundane place to work.
