      Amazing people and students at Simpson. People were energetic and excited about future.

      Poor administration. University has been struggling with student numbers and continues to lay off staff and faculty.

      Very approachable, considerate staff & faculty

      Cons

      Underpaid. Worked just short of full time, which meant low pay and no benefits, as is the case with many adjuncts in the US sadly.
