Pros

Location, people that care, and (assuming you share their values/goals), the mission of the school itself.

Cons

Just not enough students = not enough money. Lots of turnover in leadership. Some culture issues common to stereotypical conservative/evangelical "Christian" organizations as known to North America.

The people who work there are friendly and there was some allowance for flexible scheduling..

Cons

Pay is not competitive and there are not many opportunities for professional advancement. Good place to get quality training for your next career.
