      Terrible place to work especially finance, don't recommend at all

      Pros

      Responsibilities are easily passed on with intuition, potential to grow but at your own risk as there is no clear structure or any guidance with additional responsibilities from senior team in Sweden

      Cons

      You will find everything that can go bad at work in CLX, there is no clear structure and processes, failure to think of the big picture and communicate to the larger team, senior management in finance have massive judgement issues with workload/ capabilities that causes chaos in finance. If you want to find yourself working long hours without proper structure, training and be underpaid compared to market rates this is the right place for you.

      Pros

      Working for CLX is a challenge, but a challenge that makes you want to get out of bed in the morning. Great benefits, the culture is 'work hard, play hard', but the best thing about this place is the people. I actually left CLX for another opportunity that arose elsewhere, but after only a month, I was back here as there was simply no comparison. This is a great place to work; a publicly-listed company with offices close to home, with a workplace environment that puts the people first.

      Cons

      It can be stressful as the workload can be large. It certainly isn't for the faint-hearted. But I'd rather this than a role where you have very little meaningful work to do. Everything we do here has a purpose, it's not always easy and you have to put the hard yards in, but it's worth it.
