      Pros

      - Companies continues to invest in the future! - Amazing team work from the top down, people go the extra mile to help one another - Management is willing to jump in and help when need, but will not take over the task, their willing to let you continue to lead. - NO politics, that is from the CEO down!

      Cons

      Industry is changing, company has to continue to acquire companies in-order to keep up, this is a positive although it will create lots of long hours for the staff.

      Flat organization, no politics, international environment, great to work at a company with great momentum in the market, bright future ahead of them,

      the acquisitions during the past years have taken a lot of time and energy for the employees.

      Room for improvement

      Pros

      Good colleagues and office morale. CLX allows for the days to be filled of laughter and joy. This is by far the most important factor at a work place.

      Cons

      Management have the heart in the right place but lack experience. This sometimes result in some odd situations that can be a bit frustrating. Payment is below average with no sign of improvement. It's not a prioritized item for management despite it being a recognized problem by them. Generally there is just to much stuff going on due to acquisitions and it's just a mess. The company grew to fast and as a result turned into a stressful work environment where the employees are not valued. I do not think it's intentional, but why would it matter.
