      Good Company with Manegment/HR Cons

      As the company embarked on a path of expansion, it strategically acquired several subsidiary companies operating within the same industry, a move that initially appeared promising. Nevertheless, this expansion brought about significant challenges at the internal management and human resources levels. These challenges centered on the necessity to formulate and enforce consistent and robust policies company-wide. The consequences of these challenges became evident in the form of elevated turnover rates, as well as a perceived lack of control over the actions and decisions of department managers within these subsidiary companies.
