      Pros

      Full of talented, friendly and engaged people. Feels like we have so much unrealized potential and so much left to build and improve. High grow and profitable. Exciting to work in a truly global company. So many opportunities to grow and learn.

      Cons

      Somewhat frustrating that infrastructure haven't been built as quickly. Not the best internal systems, processes and tools. But we're working on improving that.

      Great Company Great Work Atmosphere

      Pros

      I have been working with the company a year now and I must say time flew by. Everyone works well as a team and go over and beyond to get the job done. We also push each other to be better outside of work. We have workout challenges and challenge each other. Company value's family and that's why I love working here, and the company encourages moving up within the company they want to see you grow.

      Cons

      Pay could be more competitive compared to the proposed market we are in. Its really not that many cons working here.
