      Could be better

      Pros

      The team I worked with was very close, but we were acquired by Sinch and layoffs impacted our division.

      Cons

      I've you aren't Swedish or apart of the parent company you are considered expendable. They focus on support more than they focus on keeping employees who are actually troubleshooting and fixing the issues.

      Great people, good place to develop and grow

      Good environment to grow, lots of good products to sell, building out an excellent leadership team.

      Cons

      Challenging at times given how many acquisitions they've done, it takes a long time for these things to come together.
