      Rewarding Experience at SINCH

      Pros

      As an employee at SINCH I have a very positive experience with a long tenure ( more than a decade). Sinch promotes a friendly & collaborative working environment, Sinch supports innovation / new ideas and offers a very strong professional development opportunities to everyone ( across all departments ). Leadership is transparent, approachable and highly supportive. Stability & job security is one of the key highlight at SINCH. Work-life balance is amazingly better and I strongly recommend SINCH as a great work place to learn & grow professionally.

      Cons

      SINCH lets their employee learn and equip at par with the market trend every now and then. I keep updating my knowledge and I am on top of my game. I love working for SINCH so I don't see any disadvantage or cons. I am one happy SINCHER....

      Pros

      Supportive Work Environment: The company fosters a positive and collaborative atmosphere where employees feel encouraged to contribute their ideas across different teams. Opportunities for Growth: The Company offers ample opportunities for professional development, including training programs, mentorship, and career advancement using multiple platforms. Recently was enrolled for Lead program where various aspects related to leading a team were taught and discussed which helped build a good perspective towards it. Good Culture : The people management team is doing a great job for achieving this by conducting regular feedbacks & connect sessions. Also conducting multiple events for nurturing healthy atmosphere.

      Cons

      Work Life Balance : Sometimes a lack of adequate resources leads to the termination of many duties, which throws off the work-life balance. Compensation & Hikes : The compensation and hikes given could be better.

      Pros

      I've been part of SINCH for over 4 years now. I love the supportive and collaborative culture here, which creates an environment of strong teamwork and camaraderie among colleagues. I also appreciate the training and professional development opportunities provided to enhancing my skills.

      Cons

      while I am overall very happy with my Job and although sinch promotes work-life balance, my role sometimes requires non-standard hours and could be a little stressful at times, However, this is me nitpicking just to add one con in my review :-)
