      There are various aspects which i have appreciated while working with SINCH 1. The growth in professional terms has been tremendous. Have evolved from individual contributor to people manager role basis performance. 2. The exposure in terms of client handling has been quite enriching. 3. The support and trust client's has on SINCH's capability is also quite fulfilling. 4. The work culture is nice.
