      Pros

      The people - being able to work with the best in the industry, everyone is super approachable and always keen to help. Inspiring leadership that leaves you in awe and valued as a Sincher. A non-hierarchical culture and humble founders. Really proud & privileged to be part of the growing team and excited for the journey ahead. Here, we work hard and party hard!

      Cons

      Very fast-paced and constantly changing (but we’re in the tech business so it’s a good thing!). Side note, if world domination is not on your agenda, then it’s not for you :)

      Pros

      Many, many pros, it was my dream job. After a year + of losing my job and relinquishing my hopes at life, I forgive you. The VP North America PB is the company's #1 asset.

      Cons

      Very, very, very frugal. Do not have any sales intuition. A-1 on IT sector. Z-0 on sales, marketing, and management.
