      I'm in Swedish team and it is fun to work with them.

      Cons

      I report to Swedish team and it is pretty good. However, from what I've heard from colleagues, the Indian work culture is a bit uneven.

      Ok gig but mgmt issues

      Pros

      Tech stack is awesome. Product has great potential. Top rung colleagues within Engineering.

      Cons

      Cost savings are very problematic. Management (L2-L3) is more bothered about reorgs, cost and politics than actually building products customers use. Product management has zero ambition or strategy - they seem to operate as consultants building solutions that are then productized.
