      Pros

      There are some very smart and hard working people at Sinch. As bad as Sinch is, it's better than it used to be.

      Cons

      The company is a hot mess. Constant change without any planning. Buying companies with no clear agenda on how they work with existing business. Understaffed on the tech side and overstaffed on the sales side. Different divisions barely talk to each other. Pay range is terrible. Inability to support global customers.

      All are not treated equally

      Pros

      Many good people and do all the needed ground work.

      Cons

      Due to the pay, many good people and leaving or have left. Many spolied brats who are used to getting what they want. Focus is on appearences, good on outside, very disorganised on the inside. Focus is on earning money to the owners. Only selected people that management want to keep are offered incentives. Buys many companies, all staff from acquired companies keep benefits for one year, then they get the Sinch standard which is under market rate, and then people leave. Which is their strategy for not have to kick people.
