A company that wants you to succeed
Pros
Working for CLX is a challenge, but a challenge that makes you want to get out of bed in the morning. Great benefits, the culture is 'work hard, play hard', but the best thing about this place is the people. I actually left CLX for another opportunity that arose elsewhere, but after only a month, I was back here as there was simply no comparison. This is a great place to work; a publicly-listed company with offices close to home, with a workplace environment that puts the people first.
Cons
It can be stressful as the workload can be large. It certainly isn't for the faint-hearted. But I'd rather this than a role where you have very little meaningful work to do. Everything we do here has a purpose, it's not always easy and you have to put the hard yards in, but it's worth it.
