      Pros

      - People are nice - Leadership will have a conversation with anyone if you bump into them - Benefits are good (no deductible insurance plan available, 401(k) match)

      Cons

      - Acquisitions without a plan to integrate lead to mass confusion, misdirection, and misalignment - Information silos make cross-segment collaboration extremely hard - Lack of organization in leadership is worrisome - Lack of alignment on company goals results in some toxic interactions when people are driving towards two different mutually exclusive states

      I joined Sinch about 2 years ago and have had a great experience ever since. I have a great team and manager and feel challenged every day with my responsibilities.
