not very much as I have not seen anything good.

Cons

Cheap at salary, no bonus at all. Employees are under heavy micromanagement. all the time must be online and status are checked by managers. The senior managers do not trust employees and must be always CCed. No 1:1 with management. Mild racist behavior towards employee if employee is from India or China. No coaching or supporting during your employment when training is finished.

Reasonable supervisor. Good working office environment. Flexible working arrangement.

Cons

Bad management. C level management has no clue on how to integrate the companies they acquired. Too many acquisitions within a short period of time.
