      Sinch culture and policy is awesome but here everyone not following Sinch policy Policies.

      work life balance could be tricky in some teams, learn and grow slow

      Good benefits but will work you night and day

      401k with match, pretty standard benefits but remote work is nice

      Cons

      Salaried position and you are so busy that you hVe to work at night just to keep up with the workload. Manager would yell at employees in front of everyone else to humiliate them.

      Pros

      no pressure. No stress. Good company if you do not take care of your professional improvement.

      Cons

      Work not organized. A lot of people from different acquired companies with different tools and different business. Cost reduction plan is affecting to quality of Services.
